My long experience told me "keeping" is a great hard job.
Keeping promise, keeping silence, keeping slim, keeping brushing teeth twice a day, keeping learning, keeping writing blog, keeping saving money...
The only one thing I can keep is never stop eating anytime anywhere.
By the way, the two weeks are tough. I have to keep my steps to spend everyday.
